Residents Report a 97% Satisfaction Rate for TORC’s services!
The TORC team are proud to reveal the results from the Annual Resident Satisfaction Survey. We score 16% higher than the median satisfaction rating of other Approved Housing Bodies. Check out this post to see more of our results. Of course, we still have work to do to improve our service and going forward we will be focusing on improving satisfaction with our repair service and with the way we deal with anti-social behaviour. The winners of the survey participation voucher raffle were:
€50.00 Liviu C – Waterford
€50.00 Ann C – Roscommon
€100.00 Daniel M – Clane
*TORC does not have access to the names of participants of the survey, so these names were randomly selected by the research company Acuity who undertook the survey on our behalf.

5/ TORC Top Tips for Tenants
|
This month we are looking at the topic of Home Contents Insurance – this is different to Buildings Insurance. TORC has insured your property to cover its structure, but it is your responsibility to take out Consents Insurance to cover all of your personal belongings inside the home. Although this is not a requirement of your tenancy, TORC would strongly recommend that all households have contents insurance to protect against fire, flooding, theft and accidental damage.
