Launch of TORC Youtube Channel
As part of TORC’s commitment to tenant engagement and communication, the TORC team is delighted to announce the launch of a YouTube channel. The channel will be a space for TORC to share vital information with tenants regarding housings services, as well as sharing videos of community events and competitions. Virtual Viewings
Seventeen ‘virtual viewings’ of units from across TORC’s 8 schemes nationwide have been uploaded to the platform and are available for tenants to view. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, in-person property viewings are not feasible. However, these videos hosted on TORC’s Youtube channel will give tenants an understanding of the layout and design of the unit type they have been allocated and help them to make the necessary preparations before move-in day.

Heating Operation Guides
